SHIPPING TIME

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. 

Please note these are our current shipping estimates, most orders arrive before or after the expected time frames. Due to the weight of our products and shortage of  current cargo space, orders may take a little bit longer due to a delay with the courier service or a customs hold. If you do not received your order after the estimated timeframe, definitely please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help.

UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19

Don't worry, we are still operating and open for business. As an online based brand there is nothing more important to us than the safety and health of our customers in the Alivea Detox community. We are constantly taking the appropriate measures to keep our staff adhering to the highest hygiene and health standards. Our top priority is to monitor the situation for any updates and appropriately adapt our policies to maintain the highest business standards possible.

All of our shipments are on time and being processed as normal. 

Shipping prices at this time are at an all time high and are expected to continue to increase. However Alivea Detox will absorb increases in shipping costs into our margins to maintain free shipping rates and low prices for our customers.

To remain transparent, at this time it costs an extra $29-$62 to ship our products! Our staff members at Alivea Detox had a meeting and agreed that this is way too much for our customers to be charged.

As a valued customer please don't worry, we will explain how our shipping works so you know what to expect::

1. Your order is placed.
2. We pull and pack your order in 1-4 business days in the order it was received.
3. Your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.
4. Tracking becomes available for your order on USPS or on our website.
5. Tracking information is sometimes delayed due to the special USPS line we're using to maintain a lower cost of shipping.
6. If at any point you are confused, have questions or want confirmation of your shipping. Contact our support team! We will be happy to investigate your shipment and resolve any problems.

Our company Alivea Detox receives shipping updates from our couriers on a day by day basis. Please be patient with us and we will be sure your order is delivered with in a reasonable time.

We we are doing as a company while operating during the pandemic:

• Our warehouses and factories have screen systems in place to ensure employees are taking appropriate measures to maintain their health and safety.
• Our companies warehouses are manufacturing center
• We will absorb the increased price of shipping that shipping companies are charging us. Customers do not have to pay for shipping.
